This Session explores another Lean tool that seeks to organize the organization around the customer rather than around the function. This Session will underline the advantages through real-life examples: group accountability, customer-focused, increase in dynamic performance. In addition, the Session will examine possible sources of tension created by this tool, offer solutions and will prepare managers for its implementation.
